Return Policy for Inks, Media or other supplies of a consumable nature:

Returns of items in their original condition/sealed packaging are accepted within 30 days of the date of the invoice for a store credit or refund, excluding any shipping charges. A RMA number is required for any returned product. Please Contact Us to receive a RMA number before returning the product.

If any item is damaged in shipping, notify GRS within 24 hours of receipt of the product by emailing sales@thegrs.com with pictures of the damage and if possible also note the sales order number. Any delay in reporting shipping damages could result in loss of compensation of the damaged product. GRS will reply with any addtional information needed and will inform you what to do with the damaged product and the status of a replacement product.


Return Policy for Equipment Items.

Equipment items are not returnable. Any issues related to equipment will be resolved thru the equipment's warranty.

If the equipment is damaged in shipping, notify GRS within 24 hours of receipt of the product by emailing sales@thegrs.com with pictures of the damage and if possible also note the sales order number. Software items are not returnable, all software sales are final.
